Membership Requirements

1. Life member:- Applicant should hold atleast a B.D.S. degree from any University in India or equivalent foreign degree recognized by the Dental Council of India and should produce documentary evidence that he / she has attended atleast one training course in Oral Implantology in any system and / or has some background in Implant practice.
    

2. Annual member:- Requirements same as above. Membership valid for one year only from 1st April to 31st March only, irrespective of month of joining. No voting rights.
    

3. Associate member:- Associate membership is open to Dental Laboratory technicians, Dental Hygienists, Dental / Implant manufacturers & dealers, Physicians, Surgeons & Research Personnel. No voting rights.
    

4. Student Member:- Student Membership is open to undergraduate and postgraduate Dental Students. This membership is for one year only and can be renewed only as long as the person is a student. No voting rights.

Membership Fees (Valid up to 31/03/2010):

Life member           - Enrolment fee  Rs.500/-     +   Life fee        Rs.2500/-  = Rs.3000/-
Annual member      - Enrolment fee  Rs.500/-     +   Annual fee   Rs.500/-   = Rs.1000/-
Associate member  - Enrolment fee  Rs.500/-     +   Annual fee   Rs.500/-   = Rs.1000/-
Student member     - Enrolment fee  Rs.200/-     +   Annual fees  Rs.300/-   = Rs.500/-

Add Rs. 100/- for outstation Cheque/DD.
